Hello everyone,

Appeal from a 71 years old chronic liver cancer survivor.

Over the last couple of years, all of us have been affected and suffered by the pandemic of Covid-19. Some of them were passed away and others have some serious side effects from it.

Health issue is always a big concern for all of us. I personally think that if we have a healthy body with a good immune system, anyone can be free from any illness. I am the example of this.

I am now a healthy person. Why? Because I keep on regular exercising, getting close to the mother nature, exposing to the sunlight and I commit mysesea, drinking good water and eating a large quantity of fruits, vegetables and various kinds of beans & nuts. I commit myself to canoeing and mountainbiking for over 10 years, so that I can now raise fund for " Medecins Sans Fronteres " by performing a long distance solo canoeing.

I hope my case can become a symbolic influence to all people who can change themselves from weakness to strongness without easily contracting any diseases in future.

Descriptions of Route :

Day 1 - I will start from Tung Chung at 0700 hours, pass through Tai O, Fan Lau, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Stanley and arrive Shek O for overnight rest. I expect to arrive Shek O at 1800 hours and camp on the beach.

Day 2 - After breakfast, I will start at 0700 hours, pass through Big Wave Bay, Chai Wan, Hang Fa Chuen, Lei Yue Mun Strait,  Shaukeiwan entering into the Victoria Harbour, Wai Chai, Central, Tsimshatsui, then turn right to Western Kowloon, Kwai Chung Container Port, across the Kap Shui Mun Strait under the Ying Ma Bridge to Ma Wan, and finally enter into the final section of the sea to Tung Chung.  I expect to arrive at my starting point at 1900 hours.
