Medici Cantano is a music group formed by HKU medical students. We perform a wide spectrum of genres, from pop acapella to traditional barbershop and choral pieces, as well as instrumental arrangements. We aim to provide a platform for students to share their passion in music together and to spread their love for music by taking part in various performances.
In this concert we aim to celebrate the 130th anniversary of the HKU Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, and to share music spreading messages of love, encouragement and positivity to friends at HKU.
As medical students, we have well heard of MSF and would like to support its meaningful work of providing essential aid to people threatened by conflicts and natural disasters. We have a vision to serve others and would like to contribute to medical-related services beyond our local community.
